The coldness of the night,
The blinding darkness,
The loneliness,
And a fountain of tears.

It’s the truth that hurt most,
That nobody will ever know,
The pain in my shoes,
The weight of my existence.

Do this, they say.
I can’t help, they also say.
They like to tell you what to do,
But they won’t offer me help.

So, I keep sinking in my bed,
The tears have drenched the mattress.
I have tossed and turned,
Yet sleep has departed like truth from people’s lips.

I look around,
I see nothing but a hole of darkness,
A lonely existence.
Then I realize, life is self.

I then search for the truth,
The silent voice that comforts.
The silent voice that cares.
The silent voice that whispers light and truth.

It comforts me,
It tells me dawn is coming.
It tells me to wipe my tears,
Lest they blind me to see the light around me.

It tells me,
Depend on me,
Not on people,
But depend on me.

It then opens a door,
The room shines brighter than lighting,
In the room I see women dancing,
They are beautiful creatures, angelic.

It tells me,
I have to dance with them,
They are waiting for me,
They are flawless as the mist.

I ask,
Who are the women?
I ask,
Who are the women?

It tells me,
Each woman is an idea,
Each woman is a vision,
Each woman is a dream.

It tells me,
Dance with every idea,
Dance with every vision,
Dance with every dream,

It tells me,
They are only just waiting for you,
They are ready to come true,
They are ready to come true,

The silent voice,
The night comforter,
The truth,
The light,

I then smile,
Because I know dawn is coming,
Because it tells me,
My desires are ready to come true.

I then smile,
Because I am going to dance,
With my dreams and visions,
With my ideas and plans.
